The receptionist, Nicole, is very personable and remembers patients, asking questions that show she remembers you. I usually see Dr. Shapiro, but she was unavailable for this appointment. The lady that did my cleaning was amazing! You know how you go to get a pedicure and they massage your legs and feet so well that you want to take them home and have them on standby? Imagine that but with teeth, floss, and dental instruments. I wish I could remember her name so I could request her for my next appointment in six months!\"
